Last week Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in the Meadowbrook Neighborhood. Ryan and Lisa called for an estimate to repaint their first floor a few months ago. Their center colonials living room, dining room kitchen, sun porch and hallways were in need of an update. To start the wallpaper was removed in the living room and dining room to reveal plaster walls in need of repair. Extensive repairs were made to the walls using joint compound to float out all the inconsistencies. The crown-base-door-molding were thoroughly scuffed for new paint and cleaned. Once prep work was completed we started right in on two coating the ceilings with Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint. Following this the molding was two coated with Impervo satin bright white and then covered until the walls were finished. The walls in each room had various colors that were two coated with Benjamin Moores Regal Select Interior in an eggshell finish. This spring we will be back to paint the exterior!
