 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Fayetteville NY.  Tom and Beth just purchased a new home.  Before they moved in they wanted to repaint the entire interior top to bottom.  Once the date was set, colors where chosen. contract signed, deposit sent we got right to work a few weeks later.  To start all the floors were covered with brand new drop cloths.  Cabinets-counters-hardware were taped and masked.  Registers, returns, switch-outlet covers were removed and stored.  Dings-dents-holes in the walls were repaired with joint compound, sanded, cleaned and primed.  Once prep work was completed one coat of Sherwin Williams Ceiling Paint was applied through out the house.  Next two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in an off white eggshell were applied to all the walls brushed and rolled.  The molding was scuffed with fine grit sandpaper, wiped down, and caulked before two coats of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Trim-Enamel were applied in a bright white semigloss finish.  Thank you for all the work and good luck in your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse, NY.  Tia and Tom just bought their first home in Eastwood.  The previous owners went wild with every color in the book.  The new owners wanted to neutralize these colors and have a soft palette to decorate their home in using Simply White.  They planned to have the work completed before they moved in some time was of the essence.  Immediately after meeting to walk thru a typed emailed quote was sent detailing each step taken to brighten up their home with new colors.  We started by protecting all surfaces not being painted with drop cloths, plastic, paper.  Next all the walls were repaired with joint compound then primed with Purcell's PPG Seal-Grip.  Once the primer had setup two coats of Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint were applied sprayed.  Following this two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint were applied.  To wrap this one up all the doors-window/door/base molding were scuffed then top coated with Purcell's Regal Classic Enamel bright white semi-gloss.  The results are fantastic and the new homeowners could not be more pleased.  Thank you for the work and good luck in your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Jamesville.  Linda and Jon just ordered new furniture and are ready to redecorate their walls to fit their new theme.  After initially meeting and sending the quote we set the date, signed off.  When we started the house was mostly bare .  We centered what furniture was there and covered it with painters plastic. Cabinets-counters-hardware were taped and masked.  Once surfaces were protected all the walls were repaired as needed, the walls were sanded to smooth, molding was scuffed-cleaned-caulked.  Once prep work was completed one coat of Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint was applied through out their sprawling ranch.  Following this two coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in a light gray were applied to the walls. To wrap this one up two coats of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Trim Enamel bright white semigloss  was sprayed on the molding for  factory finish.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Mattydale, NY.  Christine is getting ready to sell her rental property on Malden Road. Her brother owned the property and recently passed.  Since she lives out of town everything was coordinated over the phone or email.  The duplex's interiors were in pretty rough shape.  Both tenants were heavy smokers and owned cats.  After making wall repairs, masking out and covering surfaces three coats of Purcell's PPG Seal Grip Primer were applied to seal the staining.  After the third coat it finally covered and all the stains disappeared.  Once the interior was completed we went right to the exterior and started scraping the loose paint to prep for new paint.  Once the house was scraped. primed, and caulked one top coat of Sherwin Williams Duration was applied in the same color to match the rest of the house.  With bank financing loose paint must be scraped-primed-painted for some loan approvals. Recently Donigan Panting completed an interior repaint in Camillus, NY.  Jay and Sandy just bought a new home on Feldspar Lane.  The previous owners painted the entire interior yellow.  After meeting and discussing their needs we agreed on a price, set the date, finalized colors.  When work began we started with centering all the furniture in each room being painted.  Floors, hardware, counters-cabinets, and furniture were covered with drop cloths, plastic and paper to protect them.  Prep work included repairing minor damage to the walls, sanding the walls and priming a few water stains.  Once prep work was complete the ceilings were one coated with Purcell's Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint.  Following this two oats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in a light grey were applied to the walls.  Once this had set up the molding was scuffed with fine grit sandpaper, caulked as needed then top coated with Benjamin Moore Regal Classic Enamel bright white semi-gloss.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus, New York.  Janelle just bought a cape near West Genesee High School that needed the whole interior top to bottom painted before she moved in.  When we met she explained that the dark colors in each room had to go with a fresher earth tones that reflect more light.  When we started Monday morning the floors, cabinets, counters, and hardware, and windows were taped and masked.  Following this repairs were made to the walls and ceiling with joint compound and retexturing a few spots that had water damage.  The walls and molding were sanded, caulked.  One coat of Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint was applied to start.  Once it set up for a few hours two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Simply White eggshell was applied to the walls.  To wrap this one up two coats of Sherwin-Williams ProClassic bright white semigloss were applied.  Thank you for all the work and good luck in your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Clay, NY.  Kevin and Dalia wanted to freshen up their Ryan Homes contractor grade paint job with colors of their own beyond flat white.  They were planning to have hardwoods installed right after the work was completed.  They wanted everything in their colonial painted with the exception of the bedrooms and ceilings.  So we started on the first floor.  The floors were dropped covered, cabinets/counters/fixtures were taped masked.  The walls were pole sanded to smooth.  Dings-dents-holes were repaired with joint compound, cleaned, primed.  The base-door-window molding was scuff to remove the finish and caulked as needed.  Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in an eggshell finish were then applied.  Once this had set up the molding was top coated with Benjamin Moore's Regal Classic bright white semi-gloss.  Furniture-rooms were reset and we cleaned up.  Thank you for all the work!
