 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in the Sedgwick Neighborhood of Syracuse.  Anthony and Jose just bought a new home on Brattle Road and wanted to update the colors throughout the first floor.  After the colors were chose, contract signed, date set, etc work began a few weeks later Monday morning.  To start we covered all the newly refinished oak floors, counters, cabinets, hardware.  Next the walls were repaired and sanded to smooth.  Once prep work was completed one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied,  Following this two coats of Purcells Benjamin Moore Regal Select in Olympus White eggshell were applied.  Once the walls had setup the base molding was sand scuffed-caulked and two coated with Sherwin Williams ProClassic Enamel bright white semigloss.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus, New York.  Jay and Marie just bought a new home with yellow as the the theme in and out.  They wanted to update the original colors so they called me.  Ceilings and molding were in great shape so they only wanted the walls done in their great room, kitchen, foyer, stairway, dining room.  So to start we covered all the floors, furniture, cabinets, hardware.  Prep work included sanding the walls, repair small dents, and caulking gaps as needed. masking molding.  Once prep was completed two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in a light gray were applied to the walls. When we finished the work areas were cleaned and furniture was reset.  Thank you for all the work!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Baldwinsville NY at Abbot's Landing.  Loretta and Bill wanted to update their homes 20 year old paint colors.  The taupe and flower wallpaper from the 90's had to go.  After meeting to look at the scope of work, a price, and time range were determined we set the start date.  On the Monday we began we started by covering all the floors, cabinet's, hardware and applying one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint.  Next repairs were made to the walls, molding was caulked, the walls were pole sanded, doors/molding scuffed to remove finish.  Two coats of SW Olympus White in an eggshell finish were applied to the walls.  Once it had set up two coats of Purcell's Regal Classic Enamel semi gloss bright white were applied to all the doors and molding.  To wrap this one up we cleaned up and reset rooms.  Thank you for all the work!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Fayetteville NY.  Tom and Beth just purchased a new home.  Before they moved in they wanted to repaint the entire interior top to bottom.  Once the date was set, colors where chosen. contract signed, deposit sent we got right to work a few weeks later.  To start all the floors were covered with brand new drop cloths.  Cabinets-counters-hardware were taped and masked.  Registers, returns, switch-outlet covers were removed and stored.  Dings-dents-holes in the walls were repaired with joint compound, sanded, cleaned and primed.  Once prep work was completed one coat of Sherwin Williams Ceiling Paint was applied through out the house.  Next two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in an off white eggshell were applied to all the walls brushed and rolled.  The molding was scuffed with fine grit sandpaper, wiped down, and caulked before two coats of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Trim-Enamel were applied in a bright white semigloss finish.  Thank you for all the work and good luck in your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse, NY.  Tia and Tom just bought their first home in Eastwood.  The previous owners went wild with every color in the book.  The new owners wanted to neutralize these colors and have a soft palette to decorate their home in using Simply White.  They planned to have the work completed before they moved in some time was of the essence.  Immediately after meeting to walk thru a typed emailed quote was sent detailing each step taken to brighten up their home with new colors.  We started by protecting all surfaces not being painted with drop cloths, plastic, paper.  Next all the walls were repaired with joint compound then primed with Purcell's PPG Seal-Grip.  Once the primer had setup two coats of Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint were applied sprayed.  Following this two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint were applied.  To wrap this one up all the doors-window/door/base molding were scuffed then top coated with Purcell's Regal Classic Enamel bright white semi-gloss.  The results are fantastic and the new homeowners could not be more pleased.  Thank you for the work and good luck in your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Mattydale, NY.  Christine is getting ready to sell her rental property on Malden Road. Her brother owned the property and recently passed.  Since she lives out of town everything was coordinated over the phone or email.  The duplex's interiors were in pretty rough shape.  Both tenants were heavy smokers and owned cats.  After making wall repairs, masking out and covering surfaces three coats of Purcell's PPG Seal Grip Primer were applied to seal the staining.  After the third coat it finally covered and all the stains disappeared.  Once the interior was completed we went right to the exterior and started scraping the loose paint to prep for new paint.  Once the house was scraped. primed, and caulked one top coat of Sherwin Williams Duration was applied in the same color to match the rest of the house.  With bank financing loose paint must be scraped-primed-painted for some loan approvals.
