Interior Exterior House Painting Contractor Painter Kitchen Cabinet Painting Syracuse New York

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse, New York. Joe was looking to freshen up his ranch main room floors before the holidays. After meeting with home to discuss his needs, the quote was sent and accepted. Work was scheduled to begin about two weeks later. To start the dining rooms-living room and kitchens furniture was centered and covered with painters plastic. Switch plates-outlet covers-registers-hardware were removed and stored. The doors knobs in their hallway were also removed. Wall repairs were made with joint compound-sanded-cleaned-spot primed. Each rooms walls were pole sanded to smooth. Gaps around the base-window-door molding were caulked and scuff sanded then cleaned. Next one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling was applied to each rooms ceilings. Two coats of Purcells Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec in their chosen colors were applied brushed and rolled. IN between coats the hallways 6 doors were machined sanded to remove the finish with 220 grit sandpaper and cleaned. Two coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Classic Urethane were applied to all the molding and doors. Following this the hardware was all replaced and we reset the rooms.

Donigan Painting recently completed an interior repaint in Syracuse New York. Midstate Spring just moved to a new building and needed their newly built machine room painted. after meeting with the facilities manager to discuss the companies needs the quote was sent and accepted. Work started a couple weeks later. The newly installed sheetrock came in at 16,000 square feet. To start all of the board was broom and vacuum cleaned to remove the dust. Following this painters paper was laid out along each walls base and secured. Next two coats of Sherwin Willams PVA Primer was sprayed-brushed-rolled and allowed to dry. Following the primer two coats of Sherwin Williams Tuff Scuff Enamel was applied. To wrap this one up we cleaned up the paper and cleaned some of the dust. Thank you for your business!

Donigan Painting recently completed an interior repaint in Syracuse, New York. Tom and Tammy want to freshen up a few rooms before the holiday season. Their kitchen, foyer and dining room are the canvas. Its an older home in the city that plaster and lathe and being such is prone to cracks and buckling from the house settling over the years. After meeting to discuss their needs the quote was sent and accepted. The date was set for a few weeks later. To start each rooms furniture was centered and covered with painters plastic. Their carpets and hardwoods were covered with clean drop cloths. Each rooms walls had hairline cracks and minor buckling that were floated with joint compound to flush then sanded and spot primed. The molding in each area was sanded to remove the finish, caulked and cleaned. Each rooms walls were sanded to smooth. One coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied followed by two coats of their Super Paint in Mindful Grey eggshell finish. To wrap this one up two coats of Purcells Benajmin Moore Advance Alkyd were brushed and rolled onto the molding. Thank you for the work and enjoy!

Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint recently in Syracuse New York. Don and Dan just bought their first home together in Eastwood. The previous owners had not updated in decades so there was a lot of wallpaper and 80's color themes. After meeting to discuss their needs the quote was emailed and accepted within days. Work was scheduled about three weeks out and began promptly Monday morning. To start all the floors were covered with clean drop cloths. Next the rooms with wallpaper were stripped and thoroughly cleaned to remove the paste. Repairs were made to the walls and then they were sanded to smooth. The doors were removed and setup in a a spray jig in their large basement. The base-window-door-crown molding were sanded to remove the finish, caulked and spot primed as needed. Cabinets-hardware-counters-etc were masked with painters plastic and paper. Next two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar Cailing Paint were sprayed-brushed and rolled. Following this two coats of Purcells Regal Select in Simply White eggshell finish were rolled and brushed onto all the walls. The doors were machine sanded then cleaned. Two coats of Purcells Banjamin Moore Advance were then sprayed onto the doors using a fine tip sprayer for a glasslike finish that was flawless. Thank you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint at Midstate Springs new warehouse on 7 North in Syracuse. I read an article on Syracuse.com that this company just bought a new building and called my old friend Tom who works there to see if they needed a quote. Turns out they did, and I was the second painting contractor thru the door. After meeting with Tom and seeing the scope of work a quote was typed up and emailed. The quote was accepted, and work was scheduled to begin last week. They wanted this done asap so we went to work. The drywall company just finished installing 20,000 square feet of new board. So to start all the walls were thoroughly brushed with a soft bristle broom and vacuumed to remove most of the dust. Once the cleaning was done painters paper was put down to protect the floors and priming began. Two coats of primer were applied to cut down on multiple top coats in some areas. The main machine room was given the most attention. Once priming was completed two coats of Sherwin Williams Tuff Scuff Enamel was applied to the interior walls. Thank you for all the work!

Donigan Painting completed an exterior repaint in Syracuse's Strathmore Neighborhood this week. Nick and Kristin are getting ready to list their house on Alanson Road. The exterior was in pretty rough shape and needed a good scrape-prime-top coat to get ready to list on the mls. After smacking some sense into my old friend nick I kicked him in the dick and work began a week later to beat the cold weather. The southside of the house needed a lot of scraping so we started there. Plastic was laid out to catch all the paint chips and make clean up a cinch. We went right around the house with this setup and knocked the motherfucker out of the park prime time. After prep one coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint matched in flat sheen was brushed-rolled-sprayed. The trim-molding was thoroughly scraped then primed and top coated. Good luck selling you probable won't need it considering there's no inventory and buyers are eating up anything that comes on the market. Be sure to go fuck yourself and have a happy halloween. Snoochees dickhead!
