Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse Sedgwick Neighborhood. Ron and Nicole are getting ready to sell their home on Sedgwick Drive and wanted to repair their full bath ceiling that had cracked. Previously Donigan Painting repainted a large portion of the interior of their home when they bought it 7 years ago. Multiple layers of wallpaper were removed and many plaster repairs were made. This time around we removed a section of an arched ceiling that had cracked due to the house settling. After the damaged portion was removed, wood was bent to fit the shape of the arch and installed then coated multiple times with plaster to reshape it to its original form. in between coats the area was sanded then recoated until it was near perfect. Once the repair was completed it was primed using Purcells PPG Seal Grip then top coated with Sherwin Williams Pro Mar Ceiling Paint twice. Thank you for all the work. Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse New York. LeMoyne College needed a bunch of common areas in various buildings repainted before the winter. After meeting with the head maintenance manager, the quote was sent and accepted. Work began about a month later. We started in the first building and worked our way through each common area prepping then top coating ceilings-walls-molding-doors-stairs-stairways. The product used was Sherwin Williams Super Paint. We would prep each area by sanding down the areas to remove the finishes, then carefully applied multiple coats neatly. Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse New York. Eva just bought her first home in the Nottingham area. The previous owners lived there for decades and it showed. After meeting to walk thru and discuss her needs the quote was sent and accepted. Work was scheduled for that month and began promptly that Monday morning we started. To begin we covered all the floors with clean drop cloths, taped and masked as needed, repaired walls with joint compound. When prep was completed two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied to the ceilings. After drying two coats of Purcells Regal Select Interior Eggshell was applied to the walls. All the molding was scuffed and caulked then two coated with Purcells Benjamin Moore Advance Alkyd Ultra White semigloss. Thank you for all the work and enjoy your new home!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Dewitt New York. Mary and Mark just bought a home near Drumlins Golf Course and wanted to update the colors and style of the house. After meeting to discuss their needs, a detailed quote was emailed and accepted. Work was scheduled about a month down the road and began promptly Monday morning of that week. They planned to move in after the painting was completed so setup was easy. The hardwood floors and carpets were covered with clean drop cloths. Windows-cabinets-counters-fixtures were taped and masked with painters' paper-plastic. Prep work included removing a few rooms wallpaper-skim coating as needed-wall repairs using joint compound. The crown-window-door-base molding were cleaned, sanded to remove the finish, caulked as needed. All the raised panel doors were removed from their jams and setup in a spray pattern jig in the basement. Each door was machine sanded and wiped down, all hardware was removed and stored. All the ceilings were sprayed with two coats of Sherwin Willias ProMar Ceiling Paint. Next two coats of their specific colors were applied to each room's walls using a brush and roller. The product used was Purcell's Regal Select Interior Eggshell. The doors were sprayed twice using SW ProClassic Urethane ultra white semigloss. All the molding was brushed and rolled with the same product used on the doors. Once the doors dried new hardware was installed and the doors were rehung. Thank you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus New York. Lisa just bought a new home near West Genesee HS. Her Raised level ranch needed painting from top to bottom . After meeting to discuss her needs the quote was sent and accepted. Work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later. Work started promptly the next month. She was not moving in until the work was complete so setup was a snap. Clean drop cloths were placed on the floors, hardware-fixtures were taped and masked. Prep work included wall repairs, sanding the walls to smooth, caulking gaps. Once completed one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied with a sprayer. Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Manlius New York. Julie just bought a new home that had very dated wallpaper and paint colors from the previous owners. After meeting to discuss her needs a quote was sent and accepted within 24 hours. Work began a few weeks latr Monday morning. To start all the floors of the empty house were covered with clean drop cloths. The wallpapered room(5) were started first with the removal of the paper, its paste backer and the film it leaves behind. Once the walls were thoroughly cleaned repairs were made with joint compound to holes and cracks as needed-sanded-spot primed. The windows-counters-fixtures were taped and masked to protect them from over spray. Next all the ceiling were two coated with a sprayer with Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint. Following these two coats of Purcells Benjamin Moore Regal Select in Simply White were brushed and rolled in each room for a uniform look. While this was all taking place the raised panel doors were removed from the hinges as well as theei hardware then setup in a jig in the basement. All the doors were machine sanded to remove the shiny sheen then cleaned. Once prepped two coats of Benjamin Moores Advance Alkyd were applied with a fine tip sprayer and allowed to dry for a week for maximum hardness. New hardware was installed and the doors were rehung. Next the window-door-base-crown molding was sand scuffed and wiped down before two coats of Advance ultra white semigloss were brushed and rolled on. Thank you for all the Julie. Recently Donigan Painting completed interior painting at Syracuse's Universities JMA Wireless Dome. A facilities manager called for a quote to paint a bunch of stairways top to bottom. After meeting with him the quote was sent and accepted. A few weeks later work began. The stairs were cleaned and sanded top to bottom.
