Interior Exterior House Painting Contractor Painter Kitchen Cabinet Repainting-Refacing-Resurfacing-Refinishing Syracuse New York

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Cazenovia New York. Cindy called for a quote to repaint her wallpapered bathrooms, stairway-hallway and family room in preparation for her daughter's wedding this summer. After meeting we agreed on the price, set the date, signed off on the contract, finalized colors. work began promptly a month later. We started in the bathrooms removing the paper then repairing the walls with joint compound. Furniture and fixtures were covered with painters' plastic , the floors were covered with drop cloths. The walls throughout were pole sanded, caulked, and repaired as needed. The balusters-rail-risers-stringers were hand sanded to remove the finish,, spot primed and caulked. Once prep was completed two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint were applied. Following this two coats of Purcell's Benajamin Moore Regal Select Simply White were applied brushed and rolled. to wrap this one up two coats of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Alkyd were applied brushed and rolled to the molding and doors. Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior reaping in Syracuse's Meadowbrook Neighborhood. Donna and Dan just bought their first home and badly needed to update the 60's decor. Wallpaper, shag carpet and very bold colors had to go. After meeting to discuss their needs the price was agreed on, date set, colors finalized, contract signed. Work began promptly a few weeks later. since they had not moved in prep work was a breeze. Floors, fixtures, cabinets-counters were covered with painters plastic and drop cloths. Walls were repaired with joint compound as needed. Caulk was applied around joints and the walls-molding-wood doors were sanded to remove the finish. The ceilings were sprayed with Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint twice. Following this two coats of Purcells Benjamin Moore Regal Select in Classic Grey were brushed and rolled throughout. The wood doors and molding were two coated with PPGs Seal Grip Primer then top coated with three coats of Benjamin Moore Advance Alkyd white satin finish. Thank you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior and exterior repaint. Chad called for a quote a month ago to repaint his dining room-entry hall and stain his deck. After meeting to discuss his needs we agreed on the price, set the date, signed the contract, finalized colors and got to work a few weeks later. Before starting I pressure washed the deck to the bare wood. The previous owner had applied paint to pressure treated wood a big no-no. It all had to go. Once it was cleaned and dried out two coats of Purcell's Cabot Solid Stain were applied brushed and rolled. While the deck was drying out the dining room was started and finished. The furniture was centered and covered with painters plastic, floors covered with drops. Prep work including small wall repairs, caulking and pole sanding the walls and molding to smooth. Two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling paint were applied. Following this two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in Simply White were applied to the walls. To wrap this one up two coats of Benjamin Moore Advance were applied to the molding in ultra white satin finish. Thank you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Cicero NY. Mel and Molly just bought a new hoe of Lakeshore Drive with very dated colors throughout. After meeting to discuss their needs, the price, time frame, etc the quote was sent and accepted, the date was set, colors finalized. Work began promptly a few weeks later. They had not moved in yet, so setup was a breeze. Cabinets, counters, floors, hardware were covered with painters' plastic, drop cloths, paper-tape. Prep work included pole sanding the walls, repairing dings-dents, cleaning. Once prep work was complete one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied throughout. Following these two coats of Purcell's Benjamin Moore Regal Select were applied to the walls in Classic Grey eggshell finish. To wrap this one up one coat of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Alkyd Enamel was applied to the molding and doors in bright white semigloss finish. Thak you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Dewitt New York. Maria decided it was time to redecorate here home after all the kids had moved out, so she called me. After meeting to discuss here needs we agreed on the scope and price of the work, the date was set, colors finalized, contract signed. Work began promptly a few weeks later. We started in her living room removing the wallpaper and then moving thru the first floor to the dining room then kitchen then hallway removing wallpaper. Once the paper was removed the walls were thoroughly scrubbed with hot water and knifed down to remove and glue. Net the walls were floated with joint compound as needed, caulk was applied around the molding, and everything was sanded to smooth from top to bottom. Two coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint were applied throughout the rooms. Next two coats of Classic Grey from Purcells in the Benjamin Moore regal Select eggshell were applied brushed and rolled. To wrap this one up two coats of Sherwin Williams ProClassic Alkyd bright white semigloss were applied to all the molding and doors throughout. thank you for all the work!

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Brewerton New York. Jim and Lisa wanted to freshen up their kitchen, entry hall, stairway and guest bath. After meeting to discuss their needs we agreed on the price, set the date, finalized colors and signed off on the work. We began a few weeks later first thing Monday morning. To start all the furniture in the kitchen was centered and covered with plastic, floors were drop clothed, kitchen cabinets-counters were draped with painters' plastic and paper. Two large holes were repaired in both areas' ceilings, one from a leaky tub and the other a foot thru the crawl space. The two damaged sections were cut out and new sheet rock was blocked and screwed then floated to flush and textured to match. Next two coats of Sherwin Williams PorMar Ceiling Paint were applied. Following this the kitchen-hallway-stairway were cut in with their chosen colors from Purcell's in their Regal Select Line eggshell finishes for washability. Two coats of Classic Grey were applied in the hallway-stairway and two coats of Simple White were applied to the kitchen walls. The base molding was sand scuffed and two coat with Sherwin Williams Pro Classic alkyd bright white satin finish.

Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Jamesville NY. Jane and Jen just bought a new house in Southwood. The house still had the contractor grade paint from when it was built so they were ready for a change. Their stairway-hallway was a dull white, so they decide to brighten it up with a bright yellow. After the color was chosen, contract signed, the date was set for a few weeks later to complete their project. When we started the floors and all surfaces not being painted were covered with painters' plastic, drop cloths and paper. The walls and ceilings nail pops-dings-dents were floated with joint compound, sanded, cleaned, spot primed. Following this the walls were pole sanded to smooth, base-door-window molding-stringers-doors were sand scuffed and wiped down. Caulk was applied as needed to seam s along the molding and knocked down with a wet rag. Once prep work was completed two coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Mar Ceiling Paint were applied. Following these two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Lemon Cifron were brushed and rolled. Next the doors were two coated with Purcell's Advance Alkyd Semi-Gloss Bright White followed by the molding. Hardware was replaced and the area was reset. Thanks for all the work!
