 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse's Valley Neighborhood.  Mary called a few weeks ago for a quote to repaint her newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom.  When we met the walls and ceilings were finished with no primer.  When work began a few weeks later we started with cleaning the walls of dust.  Next one coat of PPG's Seal Grip Acrylic were applied to seal the new sheetrock.  One coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling paint was applied to both ceilings.  Following this two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in a light grey were applied to the walls.  Once this had setup two coats of SW ProClassic Enamel in bright white semigloss were applied to the molding and doors.  Thank you for all the work Mary!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint on Onondaga Hill.  Kevin and Chrissy just bought a new home.  They wanted to repaint the first and second floor in 2 stages.  So to start we began with the first floor including the kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, mudroom and laundry.  They wanted the works from top to bottom.  So after covering the floors, taping and masking cabinets-counters-hardware we applied one coat of Sherwin-Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint.  Following this the wall where repaired with joint compound as needed then sanded before two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in and off white eggshell sheen were applied.  Next the molding was sand scuffed to remove the finish, caulked, then two coated with Benjamin Moore Regal Classic bright white semi-gloss.  Thank you for all the work and enjoy your new home!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint on Syracuse's Northside.  The Gethsemane Church is celebrating their 50th Anniversary and wanted to freshen up the outside and the inside with new paint.  Susan called a few months ago for a quote to stain  the cedar exterior and the sanctuary inside.  We started by going around the outside of the building and knocking down popped nails, loose boards.  The building was then pressure washed and sanded as needed.  We pressure washed the building and sanded down some rough spots.  Some areas where spot primed.  Two coats of Olympics Maximum Exterior Stain Solid Cedar where then applied.  Inside the benches where covers with painters plastic.  Nail holes, scratches, cracks where filled with joint compound, sanded, primed.  Two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint in Reflective White Satin where applied brushed and rolled.  Thank you for all the work!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus, New York.  Pete and Patty just bought a new home with dated wallpaper from the 80's in every room and a smokers choice feel through out.  Since they were not moving in until renovations were complete we had a wide open house to work with -no clutter.  So a month later work began promptly Monday Morning at 9.  The floors, cabinets, counters, hardware were covered with drop cloths-painters plastic to protect them.  Windows were raped and masked to ready them for spraying.  The walls were repaired as needed with joint compound, sanded and cleaned.  The base-window-door-crown molding were cleaned and scuffed.  One coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was then sprayed on.  Following this two coats of Benjamin Moore's Regal Select was applied brushed and rolled in a light grey.  Once everything had setup we taped out the molding and sprayed it with Sherwin Williams ProClassic Enamel bright white semigloss.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus, NY.  Jim and Janelle are getting ready to sell their split level home and downsize.  They wanted to remove wallpaper in a few rooms and repaint most of the interior.  After quoting the work on the spot we set a start date , the contract was mailed and work promptly began a few weeks later.  To start we centered all the furniture-covered it with plastic, drop covered the floors, taped-masked cabinets-counters-hardware-fixtures.  The ceiling was painted twice with Sherwin Williams Ceiling Paint in each of the rooms.  Prep work included pole sanding the walls, scuffing the molding-doors, cleaning surfaces.  Two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in a light grey eggshell were applied on all the walls for a uniform look.  Following this two coats of Sherwin Williams Pro-Classic bright white semigloss were applied to the doors and molding.  Furniture was reset and we cleaned up.  Sold

 Recently Donigan Painting completed and exterior repaint in Syracuse's Lyncourt Neighborhood.  Donna and Dean wanted to change the color of their ranch homes siding.  After meeting to discuss their needs a quote was given on the spot then later emailed to them and accepted.  A few weeks later the work began with washing the aluminum siding to remove the chalky residue it produces over the years.  Once the house was cleaned and dried out for a day we came back and got right to work.  Most of the prep was cleaning it so we were able to start applying paint soon after.  They chose a light green for their white house.  Two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint flat sheen were applied with a sprayer for a factory finish.  The windows and doors were accented with a light orange and the foundation was painted black.  Thank you for all the work!
