Recently Donigan Painting completed interior painting at Destiny USA. Kim called for a quote to paint her new store. The previous tenant had used very dark colors for their theme and she needed it gone asap. She wanted this done before the holiday season so her store could be opened so we got right to work. We started about a week later to meet her deadline. To begin all the floors were covered with painters' paper along the walls. Each wall was repaired as needed with joint compound-sanded-cleaned-spot primed. The molding was vacuumed and wiped down then lightly scuffed with fine sandpaper to provided maximum adhesion of the enamel. Once prep was completed one coat of Purcells PPG Seal Grip Primer was brushed and rolled to neutralize the dark browns. Following this two coats of Benjamin Moore's Simply White eggshell finish was applied. The molding was two coated with Sherwin Williams ProClassic enamel in bright white semigloss.
