Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse's Sedgwick Neighborhood. Ron and Nicole hired me to repaint their upstairs, remove wallpaper and do various plaster repairs in their home over the last several years. Nicole called a few weeks ago to schedule fixing her third floors ceiling. The arched ceiling in their bathroom had cracked substantially from the house settling and needed to be repaired. To start all the fixtures -floors were taped and masked with plastic and drop cloths. The damaged sections of the ceiling were removed, replaced with a solid edge then plasterd to match. To achieve this three coats of joint compound were applied then sanded to match. Once perfected a coat of Purcells PPG Seal Grip Primer was applied to the repaired areas then one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied. Thank you for all the work!
