 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus New York.  Lisa just bought a new home near West Genesee HS.  Her Raised level ranch needed painting from top to bottom .  After meeting to discuss her needs the quote was sent and accepted.  Work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.  Work started promptly the next month.  She was not moving in until the work was complete so setup was a snap.  Clean drop cloths were placed on the floors, hardware-fixtures were taped and masked.  Prep work included wall repairs, sanding the walls to smooth, caulking gaps.  Once completed one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied with a sprayer.  After drying over night two coats of Purcells Regal Select Simply White were applied to all walls with a brush and roller application.  Thank you for all the work.  Enjoy your new home.

 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Manlius New York.  Julie just bought a new home that had very dated wallpaper and paint colors from the previous owners.  After meeting to discuss her needs a quote was sent and accepted within 24 hours.  Work began a few weeks latr Monday morning.  To start all the floors of the empty house were covered with clean drop cloths.  The wallpapered room(5) were started first with the removal of the paper, its paste backer and the film it leaves behind.  Once the walls were thoroughly cleaned repairs were made with joint compound to holes and cracks as needed-sanded-spot primed.  The windows-counters-fixtures were taped and masked to protect them from over spray.  Next all the ceiling were two coated with a sprayer with Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint.  Following these two coats of Purcells Benjamin Moore Regal Select in Simply White were brushed and rolled in each room for a uniform look.  While this was all taking place the raised panel doors were removed from the hinges as well as theei hardware then setup in a jig in the basement.  All the doors were machine sanded to remove the shiny sheen then cleaned.  Once prepped two coats of Benjamin Moores Advance Alkyd were applied with a fine tip sprayer and allowed to dry for a week for maximum hardness.  New hardware was installed and the doors were rehung.  Next the window-door-base-crown molding was sand scuffed and wiped down before two coats of Advance ultra white semigloss were brushed and rolled on.  Thank you for all the Julie.  Enjoy your new home!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed interior painting at Syracuse's Universities JMA Wireless Dome.  A facilities manager called for a quote to paint a bunch of stairways top to bottom.  After meeting with him the quote was sent and accepted.  A few weeks later work began.  The stairs were cleaned and sanded top to bottom.  Following this two coats of paint from Sherwin Williams were applied to the ceilings-walls-stairs-rails.  Thank you for all the work!  Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Syracuse's Sedgwick Neighborhood.  Ron and Nicole hired me to repaint their upstairs, remove wallpaper and do various plaster repairs in their home over the last several years.  Nicole called a few weeks ago to schedule fixing her third floors ceiling.  The arched ceiling in their bathroom had cracked substantially from the house settling and needed to be repaired.  To start all the fixtures -floors were taped and masked with plastic and drop cloths.  The damaged sections of the ceiling were removed, replaced with a solid edge then plasterd to match.  To achieve this three coats of joint compound were applied then sanded to match.  Once perfected a coat of Purcells PPG Seal Grip Primer was applied to the repaired areas then one coat of Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint was applied.  Thank you for all the work!

 Recently Donigan Painting completed painting at Blessed Sacrament School in Eastwood.  Bob, the facilities manager, pulled me aside while I was dropping off my daughter one day and asked me to quote out a bunch of classrooms and the library.  After meeting with him that afternoon for a walk thru the quote was sent and accepted.  A few weeks later work promptly began Monday morning.  We started in Tiny Eagles Classroom.  All the walls were a different color, so we applied a primer coat to neutralize the colors.  Prior to starting all the furniture was centered and covered as well as the floors-windows-etc.  The ceiling was sprayed with Sherwin Williams ProMar Ceiling Paint.  Following these two coats of Sherwin's ProMar 200 yellow gloss were applied with a brush and roller for maximum adhesion.  The classroom was reset and we moved onto the other 5 classrooms and library and repeated this process.  Thank you for all the work Mr. Decker!
