Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Camillus New York. Ed and Ellen just bought a condo-townhouse. The dated wallpaper and colors had to go. After meeting to discuss their needs I gave them a quote on the spot that they accepted so we set the date. Work began promptly a few weeks later starting by protecting all floors-cabients-counters-fixtures with painters plastic and clean drop cloths. Walls were repaired with joint compound, sanded, cleaned and spot primed. Gaps and seams were caulked. Wallapaper in the bathrooms was stripped and the walls were thoroughly cleaned and sanded to remove the paste. Two coats of Purcell's Benjamin Moore Regal Select Simply White eggshell was applied to all walls. The ceilings were sprayed with PPG's Ceiling Paint. The raised panel doors were removed, hardware was removed, machine sanded-cleaned then sprayed for a factory finish with Purcell's Advance Alkyd ultra white satin finish. to wrap this one up two coats of Advance was applied to all the molding to match the doors.
