Recently Donigan Painting completed a number of turnover-repaints for Park Point and U Point campus housing at Syracuse University. Donigan Painting specializes in apartment turnovers for large institutions, government buildings, senior communities and apartment complexes, Nob Hill, Parkside Commons. This summer they needed 100 + apartments completely repainted or touched up. We worked between each property as they cleared each one for us to paint. In most cases half of these suites were painted and the other half touched up. We spent about two months moving from building to building each week. As we went each apartments contents were covered with plastic and drop cloths. We painted the bedrooms-bathrooms and common areas top to bottom using high quality products from Sherwin Williams.
