Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in Cicero New York. Jake and Paula moved here from Staten Island a few years ago and bought a home on Lakeshore Golf Course. They called to have a few rooms painted, crown molding installed, and some other home repairs. We met at there home about a month ago to discuss the scope of their project. After figuring it all out or most of it I grabbed their email and sent them a quote a few days later. They accepted and we started the work last Monday. To begin their master bedroom walls and base molding were sanded-cleaned-repaired-caulked then two coated with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint and Pro Classic Trim Enamel. The master bathroom and guest bathroom ceilings -walls-molding were prepped and painted as well. Once the paint set up crown molding was installed in each painted room-caulked-cleaned-painted. In the kitchen they wanted wainscoting installed on the wall their kitchen table rested against. Pine board was cut to fit, sanded, cleaned and top coated with 4 coats of Min-Wax Fast Drying Polyurethane. Once it was glued and tacked in corner pieces and a chair rail were cut to fit.
