Last week Donigan Painting worked with a homeowner in East Syracuse. Karen called to have the interior of her cape painted before she listed it with a realtor. On the initial walk thru for the estimate she pointed problem areas on her walls from paint failure where it had lifted up from the sheetrock and some other large holes that needing to be repaired. Once she accepted the quote we set the date a couple of months ago and got right to work. To start we centered and covered all the furniture in each room and dropped out the floors. Next all the ceilings were two coated with Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint to get them back to their original bright white. Following this all the holes and lifted paint were repaired with joint compound, sanded to flush, and cleaned. Two coats of Benjamin Moore Ultra-Spec 500 Interior Eggshell in a light gray were then applied. We then trimmed out all the molding and doors with a bright white satin finish also by Ben Moore. Another job with a happy customer!
