This week Donigan Painting is working with two customers in Lyncourt. Ed and Ashley both have houses that need exterior painting work done to be compliant with code enforcement. In Ed's case the Town of Salina cited him for his rental proeprties chipping and peeling paint. In order to make it right we will be containing the areas being scraped to collect the paint chips and dust safely. Once this has been done the plastic used will be sprayed down with water to keep the dust down, rolled up, and discarded in contractor heavy duty trash bags. The next step will be thoroughly priming all the problem areas then top coating them with a quality paint. In this case we will be using Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Exterior flat white. With Ashleys home she will need the same type of work done to bring it up to code.
