Last week Donigan Painting worked with a homeowner in Manlius NY.  Jim & Sharon are getting ready to downsize and want to get their home ready to put on the market this spring.  They decided the best way to up their asking price is to update the main living areas with new paint.  After deciding on earth tones we got right to work.  Each room had a two coats of paint applied to the ceiling, walls and molding.  The bathrooms wallpaper was removed and the walls were floated with joint compound for a smooth finish. We used Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint , Benjamin Moore Ultra-Spec 500 in eggshell, and Impervo white satin on the molding.  The results are stunning and are sure to bring better offers to their table.
