 Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint at Blessed Sacrament Church School in Syracuse New York.  Bob Decker, the head maintenance manager, pulled me aside this past spring when I was dropping off my daughter to school and asked for a quote to paint a bunch of classrooms and the library.  After walking thru the school and seeing what he needed done the quote was sent and accpeted.  work began about a month later, after school ended, and has been going on ever since.  Each classroom painted was emptied, floors covered, wood work-chalk boards-windows- lights taped and masked.  One coat of Sherwin Williams bonding primer was applied to the ceiling and walls and allowed to setup for 24 hours before the top coats were applied. Each teacher chose different colors and in some cases multiple coats were applied to properly cover.  Thank you for all the work Bobby D!  Recently Donigan Painting completed an exterior repaint on Onondaga Hill.  I met mike a few months back on another job up the street from his house and he asked me for a quote.  After meeting with him and discussing his needs the quote was sent and accepted.  Work was scheduled for a couple months down the road and began promptly about two weeks ago.  We started by pressure washing the entire house using a bleach solution to kill the mold-mildew then rinsing it off with clean water.  The deck was also more aggressivley pressure washed to remove most of the finish.  Loose stain was hand scraped. boards nailed down and caulk applied to joints-seams as needed.  All of the windows were taped-masked with painters plastic before one coat of Purcell[s Benjamin Moore Arbor in Heron White was sprayed-brushed and rolled onto the soffit-gutters-downspouts.  Following this one coat of Benjamin Moore Arbor Coat solid stain in Revere Pewter was applied with a sprayer-brushed and rolled.  To wrap this one up two coats of the same Heron White stain were applied to all the windows-molding-fascia.  The deck was two coated with Sikkens Proluxe Cedar transparent.  Thank you for all the work Mike!  It was a pleasure doung business with you.
