Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint on Onondaga Hill. Chad and his family are relocating here from Arizona. They just bought a colonial on Manor Hill Drive that needed the entire interior repainted. They chose a light grey for the entire house and off white for the doors and molding. To start wall repairs were made, floors were covered, cabinets-counters were taped and masked. The walls were then pole sanded to smooth. Following this two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in an eggshell finish were applied. The molding was caulked, sand-scuffed to remove the finish and top coated with a semi-gloss off-white in The same product. The raised panel doors were removed from their hinges, hardware was removed, the doors were machine sanded, then two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select were sprayed for a factory finish.
