Recently Donigan Painting completed an interior repaint in S/Syracuse's Meadow-brook Neighborhood. Justin called for a quote about a month ago to repaint his first and second floors rooms. He bought the house two years ago and wanted to updated the colors to match his style. We started upstairs with the 3 bedrooms and hallway. The furniture was centered and covered with painters plastic, the floors covered with drop cloths and hardware was removed as needed. One coat of Pittsburgh Ceiling Paint was applied to the ceilings. The walls dings-dents were repaired with joint compound, sanded, cleaned and primed. Gaps around the base-window-door molding were caulked. The doors were sand scuff to removed the finish and knobs removed for no brush marks. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Eggshell in neutrals were applied to the walls. This week the downstairs is being completed to include the same for his kitchen, living room, hallways, 1st floor bath and dining room to include the built in shelves.
